MARGY VERBA

Injury Healing and Prevention Through Movement

Imagine feeling that your feet, knees, hips, back and shoulders are all performing their best.

Reduce pain.

Get back to moving.

Maintain independence.

Prevent injury.

Feel mobile again.

I don’t just ‘fix’ you. We work as a team to help you understand your body’s needs. Think of it as the difference between being given a fish and learning how to fish. My goal is to give you the tools and the knowledge to manage your own self-care, whether you are in the realm of healing, prevention or performance. If you’re ready to be an active partner in your healing process, we’re going to be a great match!

Margy is well qualified to recognize movement dysfunction and modify programs for each individual to maximize their gains and build a stronger foundation. I have learned a lot to enhance my own fitness, core stability, and reinforce correct movement patterns.

A smiling woman wearing sunglasses and winter clothing, holding ski poles, stands on a snow-covered trail in a vast, open winter landscape with sparse bushes and mountains in the background.

Whether you're struggling with stubborn foot pain or chronic back pain, my approach focuses on restoring the natural movement and alignment that time and injury may have stripped away.

It’s a partnership in healing that replaces frustration with clarity.

Through intentional movement exploration and biomechanics insight, you’ll learn to move with the efficiency, grace, and freedom your body was always meant to have.
